Please read my description carefully before bidding.  I will ship the item worldwide and will accept free return if it doesn't match the listing description.

This one is the first mono, flat edged, and deep-grooved pressing of Gigi Gryce's JAZZTIME PARIS VOL.2 GIGI GRYCE AND HIS LITTLE BAND.  Featuring Clifford Brown.  Blue Note Records BLP-5040. A heavy vinyl and flat rim version of 10 inches LP.  This is an original issue from Blue Note Records, not a reissue version of Classic Records or Analog Production.  

With "EAR" etched on the dead wax of both sides. No "R" and no "INC" on both sides.  The records of Blue Note during this time were not recorded by Rudy Van Gelder, thus, there are no "RVG" etched on the dead wax of both sides.  "RVG" will not appear in the dead wax until BLP-5043.  Address on labels: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS 767 LEXINGTON AVE NYC".  

The cover is also the 1st version cover designed by saxophonist Gil Melle' with small cute kitty on the cover (inspired by Alfred Lion's cat name "Ticky").  With shown information of LPs List on the back cover.  Address on the back cover is as follows: BLUE NOTE RECORDS, 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21.

Artists: Gigi Gryce (alto saxophone), Clifford Brown (trumpet), Marcel Dutrieux and Pierre Michelot (bass), Jimmy Gourley (guitar), Henri Renaud and Clifford Brown (piano), Jean Louis Viale (drums).

The vinyl plays NM on both sides.  It still looks bright and shinny under the bright light with no scratch at all.

The cover is NM-.  Strong, no split, but have just small crack of around 1 inch at the lower right corner.  Paper turned brown due to age on back.  Otherwise, nice.

The record is play graded as well as visually.  I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. 

My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied.  And I will accept a free return.  Please bid with confidence.
