Description

Please read my description carefully before bidding.  I will ship the item worldwide and will accept a free return if it doesn't match the listing description.


This one is a mono and non deep-grooved pressing of New Jazz Records NJLP-8230 "SAYING SOMETHIN'!" by Gigi Gryce.  This one is an original issue from Prestige Records, not a reissue version by OJC or Classic Records.  Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder in 1960, with "RVG" stamped on the dead wax of both sides.  The music in this album are very nice hard bob era.


The vinyl played NM on both sides with no issue. Music is nice. Vinyl looks luster but have spindle marks on both labels.


The cover is VG.  Frail and split all along on 1 side.  And half way on the spine (please see picture).


The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.


My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-.
