Description
We are offering for sale an Original Mono pressing of the "The Rat Race Blues" LP by GIGI GRYCE. This was released in 1960 by Prestige Records and is catalog # NJ 8262 (NJLP 8262 on labels).
We are play grading the vinyl at VG. There is some pronounced surface noise / hiss for the first 5 minutes or so on side one. There are a few light scratches and scuffs as well as a film covering most of side one. Otherwise, it looks very nice.
The matrix numbers are (etched) "NJLP-8262 A" and "NJLP-8262 B" with "RVG" stamped on both sides.
The cover is in very good condition with no seam splits. There is some slight discoloration on the back cover (upper left corner), two very small tears, some minimal wear around the corners and "RW" and "INSP. by 106" stamped on the back cover.
