Description
Extremely clean copy of the (pre-King Crimson) Giles Giles & Fripp LP "The Cheerful Insanity of GG&F" US Deram DES18019 stereo in the original shrink wrap.
I purchased this record in 1968 and it is from my personal collection.
The jacket is in "NM" condition with no cutout holes, stains, ringwear or seam splits; it is in the intact original shrink wrap. The LP is also in "NM" condition with no marks or blemishes; it has been stored in a poly lined paper sleeve since purchase (see photos).
I tend to grade my records very conservatively to avoid any confusion.
Vinyl grading is based on the Goldmine standard as follows:
“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.
“M” Mint - a near perfect or unplayed record.
“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.
EX+ - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.
EX - a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
VG+ - There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
