THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a RARE DOUBLE SIDED UK FLEXIPOP HARD VINYL TEST PRESSING SINGLE by GILLAN from 1981, NEAR MINT ORIGINAL TEST PRESSING PRESSING AND A MUST !!!
FLEXIPOP magazine released a series of EXCLUSIVE FLEXI DISCS by major artists from the late 70's to the mid 80's, A HANDFUL OF HARD VINYL TEST PRESSINGS were made to get some RADIO PLAY (this copy comes from a long time radio person), and they are RARE AS HEN'S TEETH, WELL HERE IS ONE ORIGINAL NEAR MINT COPY OF THAT SAID TEST PRESSING !!!
The label is HAND WRITTEN on one side and blank on the other as you can see in the pictures !!!
The same 2 songs are pressed onto both sides !!!
This TEST PRESSING single was pressed in 1981 by FLEXIPOP MAGAZINE, catalogue number LYN 10599 - 1S.
The songs are: SPANISH GUITAR / HIGHER AND HIGHER - ON BOTH SIDES !!!
The MATRIX NUMBERS ARE : SIDE 1 - LYN-10599-1S and (MO), SIDE 2 - LYN-10599-1S and (MO) !!!
This DOUBLE sided test pressing promo only single comes in a PROMO ONLY FLEXIPOP P/S with HAND WRITTEN DETAILS and the condition is: VINYL is in EX++ condition (Played once, minor sleeve scuffs only), PROMO ONLY FLEXIPOP SLEEVE is in VG+ condition.
DON'T LET THIS RARE DOUBLE SIDED GILLAN FLEXIPOP HARD VINYL TEST PRESSING get away as you will NEVER see another one.
