These records are in excellent+ condition. There are a few faint spindle marks visible under bright light on each label but not loads or a drastic amount. There are no pen marks, scuffs or fading on any label and all are clean, bright and free of any major issues. The centres show little to no wear and are not loose or worn. Overall all four labels are clean, bright and in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides are in a similar very clean state and have a lovely gloss. There is the odd faint minor lines or minor sleeve scuff just about visible in normal light but nothing at all serious. There is a few more thin wispy lines, very minor sleeve scuffs and slight signs of age visible under bright light but not a drastic amount and again nothing sinister or serious. Overall both records are in great condition for their age, have a great lustre and are free of any remotely serious marks, nasty scuffs or blemishes.
I play tested both the records and they played really well. They both lay flat and upon playing show little to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is superb throughout and has little to no interference for the vast majority. Its crisp and very clear with only a trace of surface noise in the run in and occasionally in between tracks. There are obviously no skips, jumps or annoying clicks and there is only very minor amounts of surface noise as I say. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the entire play test which passed by with little to report and nothing at all serious.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good- condition. It has wear and some damage to the edges and corners(pics), but there are no seem splits or disastrous areas. The worst area would be the bottom of the spine where there is damage and scuffing around 2" up and along the bottom. Despite this clear wear there is no holes or splits in this area and the sleeve is actually still solid enough all round. There is also considerable wear to the bottom edges where there is small 1cm 'tears' up the edges from the record entry edge. There are no pen marks anywhere on the sleeve but it does have a scuff near the front bottom right corner and also some splashes of pain in this region. There is also some light age related creasing and minor grubbiness in parts but overall the sleeve still looks decent enough, but with the issues I have mentioned. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains 2 brand new plain white replacement inners as the originals were missing/damaged.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
