I purchased this LP when it was new and have been its only owner. I primarily purchased it as a collectable and so it's only been played a couple of times.
Includes: 2 original 12" records, original outer gatefold sleeve, original inner inserts, additional plain white inner sleeves for the records (to protect the original inner sleeves), clear outer sleeve
Vinyl LP: I play tested the vinyl on my system and there was no skipping, etc. Due to the color it's difficult to visualize any issues/blemishes, but I'll clean all sides before it's shipped just to be safe. 
Outer sleeve: The integrity of the outer sleeve is strong and it's overall in great condition with some light incidental shelf wear and no seam splits (see provided photos). To me it looks just as good as it did when I first received it brand new.

Inner sleeve/inserts: The inserts are included and in great condition with no seam splits, etc (see photos). 
I am personally happy with the condition of this LP, but for your peace of mind I do accept returns if you have any issues.
