Description

This LP is highly underrated and is becoming very rare. It's by a 3 piece prog/psych band called Ginhouse and is self titled. It was released in 1971 on the UK B&C label.   

It's a stereo recording and the catalogue number is CAS 1031 (the B&C label was a subsidiary of Charisma). This is a rare record.  

OUTER SLEEVE - The sleeve is a gatefold and is in fine condition. It also has an envelope-type flap on the inner sleeve to protect the record when it's inserted into the sleeve. The sleeve is very delicate but this one, considering its age, is in fine condition. The front shows some minor ring wear and minimal creasing. The rear sleeve again shows some minor ring wear and is in fine condition with a very small sticker tear in the top right hand corner. The edges and spine are in fine condition with some wear. The wording along the spine is 90% readable. I've graded the sleeve VG++. 

INNER BAG -  Plain white paper type. 

RECORD - The record is in fine condition. It appears to have been played a few times. There are some superficial marks on each side. It plays through well on both sides with some surface noise and some one or two pops and clicks on both sides. There are no jumps on any of the tracks on either side. 

LABELS - The labels are the original B&C black type with silver wording and a black and green logo at the top of the label. There are some minor spindle marks on both sides around the hole. The labels are in fine condition with no damage. The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - CAS 1031 A-1U (stamper  A) - side two - CAS 1031 B-1U (stamper   M) . I've graded the record as Ex-- which I believe is very fair.

I try to grade everything as accurately as possible and I believe that the winner of this auction will not be disappointed. I guarantee everything I sell. It will be difficult to find this record again.
