GINHOUSE self titled LP
label -- B&C
cat # CAS 1031
record in near mint condition -- looks stunning - labels near mint with just a solitary spindle mark on each side - couple of plays only. The record plays superb. Not much to say about the record except that it looks and plays just about as new.
gatefold sleeve is a bit delicate and has quite a lot of damage - it has some light water damage staining and there is a sticker mark in the top left corner. The main problem is the bottom left corner which is very warn. It has a 'novelty' opening flap which is intact with a couple of small tears. The back of the flap has a tear also.

I try and grade all records as accurately as possible and I use the record collector grading system. As this system is objective I try and under state the condition so the item you recieve may well be in better condition than stated. Any major flaws (and minor ones) will be noted in the description. I try to listen to parts of all the records before listing, however some records will be graded visually but I will make this clear in my description.
All items are sent in appropriate packaging -- (records in record mailers with card stiffener -- CDs in padded jiffy bags) and I always obtain proof of posting
