Once the package has been shipped we can not be held responsible for delays, lost/stolen packages, or returned packages due to an invalid address. There are three ways to ship your package.
1) First Class Mail Letter (hand sorted) - This option is available for up to 6 pins. Because this option is a letter, delivery confirmation is not available. Also, because it cannot be processed by machine (which would damage the pins), you may experience delays of up to 2 weeks or more. This is out of our control and we cannot make any guarantees regarding when your package will actually arrive.
2) First Class Mail Package - This option is available for any number of pins. Delivery confirmation is available upon request for an additional $0.80 (not available on international packages). If you choose NOT to purchase delivery confirmation, your package will not have a tracking number and we cannot guarantee when/if it will arrive.
3) Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope - This option is available for any number of pins. The post office claims this service take only 2-3 days within the US. Delivery Confirmation can be purchased for an additional $0.80 (not available on international packages).
Once again, as a reminder, we do not offer refunds. If you pay for your items separately you will be charged for shipping on each purchase and consequently overpay on shipping. We will not be held responsible for your mistakes, so please read everything carefully before you process your payment.
