Columbia ML 5060 mono. Deep groove 6 eye Columbia label. White Label Promo. Inner notes sleeve included. Hard to find white label promo version of this sought after LP.
Record: Nice VG++ (very very small mark on side two that causes a tick sound between 8 and 10 times. Play checked the whole record and this is the only thing that keeps this record from being near mint. no other problems to speak of. plays great)
Cover: Near Mint Minus (small writing in lower bottom of back cover. no splits etc..)
