This 78 has been cleaned on our Pro-Ject VC-S cleaning machine and played through once on each side on a record player with a sapphire tip stylus
Original UK 10" Shellac 78rpm single. Company sleeve. Cat number Regal Zonophone MR3090
The Cat No suggests a pressing date of 1939, however the "DT" tax code embossed on side 2 label suggests a pressing date of between 15th April 1942 and 12th April 1943.
A clean shiny example, with a few light needle marks and dulling on both playing surfaces. It plays very well with background crackle, some light background clicks and normal shellac surface noise.
