Up to 500 grams (maximum 6x 7” singles in the parcel): to Middle East & Europe is £26, Canada & USA is £29, Rest Of World (ie: Far East, Asia, Australia, South America) is £37.

Parcel will ship within 3 working days of payment having been received.

We will confirm shipping with a tracking number, whereby one can follow the progress from posting to signed for delivery, visible on the DHL website

The regular airmail postal system (normally costing £7) is in disarray at the moment due to the confusion around the Covid crisis here in South Africa and Internationally, as parcels sent to certain countries only are being sent on cargo planes (routed through various other countries), and are taking up to 2 months to reach their destination.

Many countries are still in a situation that we have no regular air passage between South Africa and those countries, due to rolling lockdowns.

All vinyl record items are shipped out of the sleeve. The singles and sleeves are separated by layers of bubble wrap, all sandwiched between outer cardboard protectors, to ensure protection of the vinyl affecting the sleeve and a better protected shipping experience.

 We take extra care in the packing of all our records, ensuring a safe journey, and we do not charge extra for this service. Our feedback record bears testimony to this.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
