light surface paper scuffs and hairlines only (not affecting play) - still displays super high glossy surfaces - plays superbly and pretty well near mint throughout - typically immediate mono presence - loud bottom end, clean midrange and crisp highs

original two tone Blue Horizon labels are sharp, clear, clean and bright with no damage or defacement - moderate to heavy spindle traces on both sides demonstrate frequent plays and much enjoyment

this cover is notoriously hard to find in top shape - fully laminated (front and rear) sleeve is still glossy but various faults are present - there is some 'invisible' clear tape on the spine (removable with care) and over a tear at the lower front and rear edge - all corners have minor bumps and some creasing with an area of lifted lamination over one of the more pronounced of these at the top left front - opening edges slightly worn - there is also a short split to the centre of the spine (beneath the tape) - the upper and lower seams are tight with no wear - there is no significant circular wear to either the front or rear cover - finally, there is a small tear to the front centre, on Gordon's 'astrakhan' hat
