GORILLA BISCUITS: S/T 7" CREAM VINYL ,2ND PRESSING
COVER IN GREAT CONDITION AND HAS PURPLE LETTERS, RECORD IN NEAR MINT CONDITION.SEE ATTACHED PICTURES ABOUT THE WHITE STREAKS!!!THIS IS ONE OF THE NON-COMMON 2ND PRESS COLORS!!!SO YOU SHOULD GO FOR IT!!!
A SMALL NOTE FROM THE BEST REVELATION VINYL PRESSING GEEK SITE( HEY JON!! ) :
When the 2nd press was pressed on yellow vinyl the record plant used yellow and white to make the mix. The white in the vinyl gives the yellow an opaque look, without the white in the mix the vinyl looks more like a translucent yellow. When the first batch of records came out, there was a higher level of white in the mix, therefore a handful of records actually came out looking a creamy off white colour rather than yellow. Towards the end of the press there seems to be less white in the mix, therefore the record looks darker or slightly translucent due to the lack of white in the vinyl.
2nd press

update:
to verify the exact color (more-less) i have compared the record to 4 other similar shade:
bottom left: Rain on the parade: full speed ahead 3rd press ,yellow marble vinyl which is more cream than yellow
bottom right: Burn s/t 2011 rsd press , yellow vinyl (mustard yellow)
top left: lights out :get outt, yellow vinyl (this is the closest to the GB 2nd press common yellow i guess)
middle: sworn in:s/t white
I hope it does help at some point.thx
