GOSPEL CONSOLATORS Memories / Do You Know Him 45 RARE 7" BLACK GOSPEL R&B SOUL Mid to late 1950s gospel 45 out of Los Angeles, from Charles Johnson and Joseph Dumas's group, the Gospel Consolators. Privately pressed, the label name H and W stands for Robert H. Hood and Reo Watson.
CONDITION OF THE VINYL: I just listened to both tracks and they sound fine to me with standard static due to wear on vinyl but nothing major at all. No skips, loud pops, or storage warp just the usual scuffing/scratch marks. I recently sold another 45 from these guys on the same label H And W and it sold for a good bit and had many bidders. I'm guessing this one will follow the same demand since it's very obscure and no other info online about it or the label. The glare on pictures is from sun coming in at the top of each picture it's not a defect on record. (see pics)
