Hard to find copy of this great, collectable album by Gracious on the Vertigo 'swirl' label . The vinyl has been played and shows only some very slight wear but sounds great on my deck, the sleeve has some very minor wear and appears grubby due to the raised texture of the sleeve. The labels are nice and clean.

I would grade this  as  Ex- / Ex-
The highest grade that I give is Nm, unless the record is still sealed.       All of these records would benefit from a professional clean.
