FACTORY SEALED

Outstanding UK band who's only US release (out of three) was this LP. Completely ignored in America this were easily one of the better US psych-prog releases from this era. I was working at a One Stop Record Distributor when this was released and only a few month later, I began my FM Rock Radio career that lasted for 37 years. I gave this copious amounts of air-play back then and we sold quite a few copies here in Grand Rapids Michigan. I had a strong relationship with Capitol records and one day, out of the blue, I received a box with 15 sealed copies of this. When I asked what they were for, they replied that the executives at the label were well aware of my affection for this band and appreciated the help I had given by giving it airplay on a 50,000 watt radio station. The note enclosed said "Here are some extras. Keep a few for yourself and pass around the rest to your friends". I indeed kept a few and gave away the rest.
Now I'm parting with the LAST sealed copy I've treasured all these years.



Extremely rare LP and even more so still sealed.

These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades. Some carefully,
others were not. All of my gradings are visual, and more often than not, quite generous.
Just check my feedback. You can bid and buy with confidence. 



MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
