This is the UK 1st press of ’Songs For Beginners’ by Graham Nash. This genuine 1st press is complete with the earliest A1//B1 matrix and heavy flat edge vinyl. The labels are plum and orange and have the 'Under Licence' text above the white strip. It is also has the 1st press textured MacNeill press sleeve.
The record in Near Mint condition. The vinyl is absolutely sesantional, every track gleams and the vinyl still has the original jet black gloss. The label is also sesantional, bright, completely clean and there is only the very slightest spindle wear.
When played the heavy earliest press vinyl has a rich, warm original sound. There is slight noise in the quiet moments, however it is still extremely clear and complete. Excellent audio separation and clarity throughout.
The textured sleeve is in Excellent condition. The edges and corners are firm and the text is sharp, there is just a little light wear. The colours are warm, the highlights are bright and the black is bold. The spine is still firm with just a little light wear and the whole sleeve is solid.
