This is from the 2nd pressing of the Grails album released in 2008 on Important Records.

This record is OUT OF PRINT on vinyl, even on black vinyl, but this one is on AMBER VINYL (only 200 made). 

Heavy tip-on cover is in beautiful shape with 1 slightly bumped corner, and 1 slight bump near another corner.

There's a fold-out color insert = approx 9" x 18".

Hard to find in this shape. This record rips. Get it!

Take Refuge In Clean Living is such a great example of how Grails have found common themes and sounds within a wide array of influences ranging from Turkish folk, Japanese psych to spaghetti westerns. Grails have this wonderful ability to sound both monumental and subtle without ever relying on cliche formulas. While they were once lumped into the 'post-rock' movement, they have made it clear that they are far more creative and confident sounding then many of their former more predictable peers. With their mystical and engaging sounds these five instrumental tracks take us to a faded landscape filled with ruins and diamonds, a dusty old castle lurking in the distance. Mysterious and magical. There is something very cinematic about this record, almost like Morricone scoring a Jodorowsky film. With an Eastern influence used sparingly but oh so effectively, Grails lets the mood and mystique grow at an organic pace without having to resort to easy explosions or typical tension. The peaks and valleys they create end up being so much more rewarding that way. Highly recommended!

SEALED record is in like new unopened condition believed to be mint under the shrink
NM I dont believe in MINT records...if its MINT it is SEALED in my opinion. NM then is as good as it gets like new but opened, I use this grading very rarely.
EX Sorry to mix up grading systems but I believe there is a place for an EX (its just a NM- or a VG++) for those clean records which are better than a regular VG+ but not flawless
VG+ This is the industry standard, a good clean record with minimal surface noise and one or two light surface scratches, cover might have some corner dings and ring wear starting but overall a good record similar to what you would find in the used bins of a local record shop.
VG Things are getting more worn here still a good player but visually showing wear and picking up some noise.
VG- Has a deep scratch or two visually rough also but plays through with pops and krackle.
G Not good at all, you have been warned
