Notes

There are at least three variations of this release.. 
1) Laminated sleeve - very few of these exist, possibly a minute initial pressing or only a small quantity of first run. 

2)this sub. Unlaminated sleeve, printers date code on rear for April 70, [RP price guide gives 1970 release date]. Gramophone Company credit on A side label, Electrical And Musical Industries credit on B side. Text at bottom of labels reads "A Capitol Recordings Inc USA Recording" followed by Capitol Dome logo and Regd Trade Mark. 
3) Unlaminated sleeve, Electrical text on both labels,"A Capitol Recordings Inc USA Recording" text at bottom of labels but no logo or Regd.Trade Mark text
