Description

Grand Funk LP - GRAND FUNK RAILROAD (Capitol SKAO-406)

Original 1969 U.S. stereo LP.  Classic FUNK 2nd, with thick gatefold cover featuring the great, high contrast front pic of the dudes.  All the early FUNK albums are almost always found in hammered condition,  for they were  the classic 'stoner party albums' of the day (long-haired teen freaks + cheap weed = abused record). Well, this one is the rare exception to the rule, for it's a clean disc that plays great, sounds extra fine.

Disc = EX+ to NEAR MINT- (glossy - TERRIFIC sounding, with NO distortion, virtually NO pops or clicks to speak of, & NO perceptible background noise, even in between tracks - a SUPERB playing disc)

Cover = see pix; tiny wear in corners; tiny crunch in front upper right corner; very slight wear along top & bottom edges; slight spine edge wear; any questions?, please ask

Labels = see pix; A-OK, w/ NO spindle marks to be found
