Description
We're an American Band is the seventh studio album by American hard rock band Grand Funk Railroad, credited as Grand Funk. The album was released by Capitol Records on July 15, 1973, and was certified gold by the RIAA a little over a month after its release. The album for bid is a first pressing by Capitol Records Winchester pressing plant. the album consists of 8 tracks, including the title track that was also released as a single. The run time is 39+minutes.
The cover shows signs of moderate wear along the edges and corners. The front and back covers show signs of disc wear (see photos). However, I did not detect any split seams, tears, creases or markings on the the outside, as well as, interior covers of this gatefold album.
The paper inner sleeve is original, but does have a small split along one seam. I have also enclosed the recording in an anti static vinyl sleeve for added protection against dust accumalation.
The recording is very clean and has been tested with Audacity. All tracks are free of skips and there is very little background noise in all tracks. The record surfaces show no signs of wear and there are no detectable scratches or scuffing. I am the original owner of this record.
