GRAND WIZARD THEODORE and the FANTASTIC ROMANTIC 5 (misspelled ROMATIC on the label):

"HEY WHAT'S YOUR SIGN, WHAT'S YOUR NAME, WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND".

This title has recently been re-issued as an unlicensed re-press, with a different label, and there may or may not be counterfeits out ther.
