Cover is VG + . Sharp corners, white back. Light factory crease on front, does not affect overall. See picture. 
2 Seams are solids, Bottom seam is slightly torn. Spine is intact and readable. This record was originally issued with a non laminated cover


Stereo disc has NY label and playsatylite "P" on both sides.  Record is VG + /+ : plays clear and loud, some light ticks here and there, nothing detracting the listening experience. Very nice and loud sound
