A very nice copy of the Feelin' the Spirit album by Grant Green on Blue Note (BLP 4132) that also features Herbie Hancock, Butch Warren, Billy Higgins and Garvin Masseaux. The address on the back cover reads: "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23."

The label reads: "33 1/3 microgroove LONG PLAYING - Blue Note Records Inc New York USA." "VAN GELDER" is machine-etched in the trail off. The hand-etched matrix reads: "BNLP-4132." On side 1 an "ear" mark follows the matrix, while on side 2, the "ear" precedes the matrix. This feels like a heavier piece of vinyl.

Condition:
The front cover is clean with some overall light rubbing/wear -- but still nice and shiny. The opening edge is a bit more worn than others and the corners are all dinged. There are some areas of discoloration on the back cover, mainly along the edges.

The vinyl is VG+ (8 out of 10, a good looking record that looks used but not abused. There are a couple longer surface scuff marks on each side but is otherwise clean -- none of these produce any skips and as far as I can tell they only produce occasional crackle; the scuff line on side 2 goes across both tracks, but again, as far as I can tell it does not produce any kind of audible difference). This LP comes from a non-smoking home. The record you see in the picture is the record you will receive.

I will combine shipping if you win multiple items. Also, I tend to recycle boxes, but I always make sure to pack items, particularly records, securely.
