GRANT GREEN “The Latin Bit” RVG, LAM,  Blue Note 84111 Stereo Vinyl

This is the “VAN GELDER” stamped, ORIGINAL Laminated Cover, pressing of GRANT GREEN’s “The Latin Bit” on the "Liberty” labels of BST 84111. Musicians include Grant Green, Ike Quebec, John Acea, Sonny Clark, Wendell Marshall, Willie Bobo, Carlos "Patato" Valdes, Garvin Masseaux.>

VINYL plays with very light surface noise (i.e, static, ?? or ????, relative to the volume of the music/instruments), that is largely subsumed by the music. Instruments are clean, strong, and full of tone. No distortion. No locked grooves. No Skips. A small visual speck on Side 2, #2 is audible as a loud tick for 5 or so revolutions. Very Good gloss. Super clean surface with one small feelable scratch area size of thumbprint on Side 2, #3. The "Liberty” labels are clean.  See photos.

ORIGINAL LAMINATED COVER is in good condition, 1” stain evident from top right corner to ¾ down side of the front jacket. Seams and spine very good. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS, INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" back jacket shows much ink handwriting. See photos.

This LP was play tested. RECORD CLEANED ON AUDIO DESK SYSTEM ULTRASONIC VINYL CLEANER.
