Description

This sale is for a factory sealed copy of "American Beauty" by The Grateful Dead. This is from 1970 on Warner Bros. WS-1893. This is in beautiful  factory sealed condition......see the 2 photos below that I have posted as they are part of my description. This could be the 1st pressing but I can't know for sure as it is still sealed. This is what I do know...this feels like the heavy vinyl that they used back in the 1960's & early 1970's, there are 2 small breathe holes in the front shrink & the front & back slicks are pasted on the cardboard cover....all indications that this could be a 1st pressing. The songs are "Box Of Rain", "Friend Of The Devil", "Sugar Magnolia", "Operator", "Candyman", "Ripple", "Brokedown Palace", "Till The Morning Comes", "Attics Of My Life" & "Truckin'". Super nice!

  • Cover : The cover is in NM- condition with a tiny light rub to the lower corner tips but otherwise this looks new. The shrinkwrap is clean, tight & untorn. This is still fully sealed & the LP has never been outside the cover & has never been played. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.


  • Vinyl : Presumed to be NM & unplayed since this is still factory sealed.
