GRATEFUL DEAD "Anthem Of The Sun" SEALED 1ST PRESS LP

Here's a beautiful sealed 1968 first pressing of the Grateful Dead's psychedelic masterpiece, ANTHEM OF THE SUN on Warner Bros. We obtained this sealed and made a 5" slit in shrink wrap at the mouth to confirm that this had the original Warner/Reprise custom inner sleeve, which it does--insuring that it is indeed a first pressing. The record is still sealed of course, with 7" of the shrink still intact. The cover (very prone to ringwear) looks great; there are tiny breaches in the shrink at the four corners with a bit of rubbing at each, and a 1/4" crack in the cover slick at the top near the left, but these are all minor and but overall the cover looks better than 98% of those we see. An outstanding, never played copy of a true psychedelic rock masterwork.
