Description

Rare 1971 remix of the band's 1968 album, supervised by Phil Lesh, which differs from the original in terms of segues, use of live recordings and stereo imaging. The most recognizable difference is in "Born Cross-Eyed", which ends with a power chord (in the key of E) rather than a fade-out. Vinyl has Palm tree WB labels, in NM condition in a plastic sleeve. 

White background on the front cover behind the psychedelic imagery, rather than the original pressing's midnight blue background. Another identifying feature is that on the back cover, Tom Constanten's name is spelled correctly (not "Constaten" as on the original pressing). The cover shows wear including some peeling at the edges.
