Sleeve Condition – GOOD-/FAIR - The trifold sleeve has some shelf wear/handling and some light creases. The artwork is generally bright. There's some wear on the edges and the spine has a couple of splits on the top and bottom edge, though the spine text is still clear. There are also some stains seen. Overall most of the wear appears to come from handling/use over the years as opposed to bad care. It's far from being a throw away sleeve but has some issues that I hope I've described accurately. Comes with the original booklet.

Record Condition – GOOD+ – I can see a few hair lines/sleeve marks on there and a little light scuff or two, but they don't appear to be anything serious or anything that should badly affect play. Just the fact they're there means I want to grade fairly. This copy should play and sound really good. I recommend giving this a quick clean, just to maybe further improve the audio and take away any dust etc on there.
