In June of 1976, legendary psychedelic jam band The Grateful Dead released a live album called 'Steal Your Face', on Grateful Dead Records. At some point, and the exact date is unclear, a VERY LIMITED number of a sampler of live cuts was released. On a 12" picture disc! (I had to do some research to find the tracklisting. See pic of that.) It's the same pic on both sides, but it's the classic red, white, and blue skull face logo. A really cool and really rare Dead collectible vinyl record!
I can see a few very light surface marks on it, but nothing too bad. No heavy scratches, gouges, or scuffs. I can't vouch for the sound quality, as I never play specialty vinyl such as pic discs or colored records. This comes in a plain and clear generic PVC jacket. But I'll also kick in an extra! I'll add the special issue of 'Rolling Stone' magazine, and their ad-free issue all about the Dead. That's right, not ONE single ad in the the entire issue. How awesome is that? This is great, and I've read it cover to cover. In great shape, too. No pages missing, torn, or dog-eared. No handwriting on it, either. The perfect companion piece to the pic disc!
