Description

This sale is for a factory sealed copy of "American Beauty" by The Grateful Dead. This is from 1970 (1st pressing) on Warner Bros. WS-1893. This is in beautiful condition....see all photos that I have posted as they are part of the description. There are 2 small breathe holes in the front shrink. Also, there is a rarely seen "Grateful Dead" sticker on the front shrinkwrap.  The songs are "Box Of Rain", "Friend Of The Devil", "Sugar Madnolia", "Operator", "Candyman", "Ripple", "Brokedown Palace", "Till The Morning Comes", "Attics Of My Life" & "Truckin". Super nice!

Condition

  • Cover : The cover is in VG++ to NM- condition with a tiny light rub to the upper corner tips & a 1/2" rub on the lower edge near the right corner where there is a break in the shrink but otherwise this looks new. The shrinkwrap is clean & tight with a couple of small tears. This is still fully sealed & the LP has never been outside the cover & has never been played. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.
