Here is a beautiful mint sealed original first pressing of the great debut album from the Grateful Dead--SF Psychedelia at it's best. Now if this is sealed, how do I know it's an original very rare Gold Label copy ? Simple; about 7 years ago a friend of mine found 5 sealed copies at the same source, all original sealed with original shrink wrap and breathe holes. Three were opened and all were gold labels. My "play" copy if one of these. I guarantee this one is too. It's in beautiful condition and fresh as the day it was pressed 35 years ago. There are two ultra minor flaws--justunder the "G" in Grateful and to it's left there is about a 3/4" wrinkle in the slick--very minor and barely visible or noticable. Also on the right edge ther is a small ding in the mouth, as a result of some part of the manufacturing process--again very minor and the fully intact shrink wrap goes over it. Overall as nice a copy as you're likely to see in a lifetime of an essential album ! The rare gold label is THE WAY to own this masterpiece, and you may never see another sealed guaranteed Gold Label copy again.
