Grateful  Dead what a long strange trip it's been Warner 2W 3091 , gatefold   , 1st press   ,  made in US 1977 , psych Condition of the vinyl  EX   few light scuffs on 2/3 side ( side 1/4 NM )  , minimal background noise  ,no ticking   , shiny , Condition of the cover: EX   , no side cut       , slight   wear ( sensitive black cover)    , no splits ,    clean 

All records play-graded and visual-graded (strong light),
my record rating system:
Sealed: in original sealed wrap
mint: like new
Near mint: very few imperfections
Very good:A small amount of light scuffs or scratches, no background noise or with background noise but no scuffs or scratches
Good : more evident scratches, plays fine(no skip), background noise
