GRATEFUL DEAD-NEW YORK FELT FORUM 12/5/71 DOUBLE DEAD RECORDS 2 LP'S PQ 401 IN A STRONG VG+-VG++ CONDITION. CLEAN VINYL X 2!! A rare treat for the Deadhead in this auction. 2 shows once released separately on this double album set. Both are early shows and here is what I know about this item. 
"'Double Dead' consists of two live stereo concerts"

Disc 1 previously released as 'Silent Dead' TMOQ 73010 (the first four tracks of which are taken from the release 'Acoustic Dead' BERKELEY 6969/BLACK GOLD BG6969, both of which were taken from a 1971 FM broadcast concert with New Riders Of The Purple Sage)

Disc 2 previously released as 'Live at The Felt Forum" (Recorded 12-5-71 New York) 
Some of the notable cuts that appear on this must live set include: Don't Ease Me In, Dire Wolf, Cumberland Blues, Uncle John's Band, Jack Straw, One More Saturday Night and Mexicali Blues. There are 19 tracks in total. All fans of the band need this one in their collection, it's a keeper!!
The records are both in an easy VG+ condition with just a very light scuff on side 4 that definitely does not hamper play at all, plays well throughout. # of the sides I would grade as VG++. The embossed cover has mild rubs on the corners. The song list / cover page is unsullied and both of the original inner sleeves are intact. A fantastic buy!!
