"THE ELECTRIC KOOL-AID ACID TEST" - "San Francisco State College October 1st - 2nd, 1966". (steller music special; produced 1986 by United Fan Club Society, Goteborg, Sweden). *RARE! Great 'Fan Club' issue of these classic freaked out recordings of Ken Kesey, the Pranksters and Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead from the San Francisco State College 'Acid Test' on October 1st - 2nd, 1966 .... held one week before the LSD became illegal in California! Recordings are interspersed with clips of the 1980 'Tomorrow Show' interview with Ken Kesey and Jerry Garcia. *NOTE: These are completely different recordings than the ones on the classic Sound City Productions 'Acid Test' LP. Back cover is a picture of Jerry Garcia and Mountain Girl. The liners are a GREAT in depth history of the 'Acid Tests' and Ken Kesey. The last line of the Liner notes says: "You might want to find some means of chemical alteration to put you in the proper mood to listen to this experience. FREAK OUT!!!".

Die Platte (das Cover) ist in jeder Beziehung in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Fremdgeräusche sind nicht vorhanden.
VG = Very Good
Die Platte ist gespielt und weist leichte Fremdgeräusche auf. Haarkratzer sind vorhanden, das Cover weist leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Der Wert einer VG/VG- Platte beträgt 75% einer M/M - Platte.
G = Good
Die Platte ist wiederholt abgespielt worden. Hörbar sind Fremdgeräusche wie z.b. leichte Kratzer. Dennoch ist eine als G eingestufte Platte noch gut abspielbar und durchaus kaufenswert. Das als G eingestufte Cover weist deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen auf.
W = Worn
Überdurchschnittlich abgespielte Platte, Kratzer und Grundrauschen sind deutlich hörbar. Nur bei seltenen Stücken lohnt hier der Kauf. Als Richtwert: Eine W/W - Platte hat ungefähr 25% des Wertes einer M/M - Platte

Die Kürzel + (plus) oder - (Minus) werden an eine der obenstehenden Qualitätsstufen angehängt, wenn sich die Platte (das Cover) keiner der Qualitätsstufen eindeutig zuordnen läst. Beispiel: Ist eine Platte besser als VG, aber nicht mehr M, so lautet in diesem Fall die korrekte Bewertung VG+. Liegt sie aber doch eher im Bereich M, so lautet die Bewerteung M-.
F = Fair
Die Platte ist akustisch völig ohne Wert, da sie praktisch nicht mehr abspielbar ist. Der Kauf einer solchen Platte geschieth lediglich aus Archivzwecken. Das Cover ist zerrissen oder nur unvollständig erhalten. Der Wert einer F/F-Platte beträgt maximal 10% einer M/M-Platte.
