Vinyl condition: VG+ (very slight surface marks, does not affect play, other than that, looks glossy and like new)
Cover condition: VG+ (slight ring-wear and slight wrinkles from vinyl imprint, slightly soft corners, but very nice overall)

Description:

Very rare 7-inch release by these Swiss Wave / NDW legends.  Featuring brothers Martin and Stephan Eicher, Grauzone have proved to be one of the more enduring and popular groups from the German/Swiss New Wave scene of the early 80's thanks to their signature song "Eisbär," which is found on dozens of compilations.  Though not as well know, "Moskau" is an excellent early single by Grauzone that includes their signature synthesizer and effects laden production and cold, clipped Post-Punk delivery.  The flipside includes the much more aggressive "Ein Tanz mit dem Tod," which was not included on the excellent Grauzone compilation CD "Die Sunrise Tapes,"  along with the wonderful, Suicide-esque, drum-machine and keyboard driven pop-ballad "Ich lieb sie."  Although all of the original vinyl releases by Grauzone are very difficult to come by, this one proves to be extremely elusive and I'm having a hard time parting ways with it after owning it for almost a decade now.  Good luck and happy bidding!
