** I am selling from a private, one-owner collection. These items are from a family member's estate. I am not in the record-selling business. These records are a great find & MINT! When they are gone, I will not be selling anymore records. I have sold previous items from same estate all in mint condition. Buyers have been very satisfied with the condition of all items that I have sold!

All records in my listing were kept on a bookcase with glass doors, away from heat & sunlight!! They were never in a storage unit or basement/garage area.
