The Greatest Country Music Recordings Of All Time double LP box set original 1982 Franklin Mint volume 57/58 lot 2 (see photos).  

Earl Scruggs / Vassar Clements Banjo and Fiddle.

These are all original recordings by the classic country artists.  These sets came in 2 LP box sets and the LP is pressed on anti-dust, anti-static, proof quality vinyl using a deep red colored vinyl compound.  Each LP is in a poly lined Franklin Mint sleeve.

The box includes the 8 page booklet and letter of authenticity from Franklin Mint.

This series was a subscription based offering from Franklin Mint.  We will be listing the entire collection of 37 albums individually.  They belonged to the founder of the radio station and were kept in a locked closet.   

The vinyl is visually graded "EX/EX+" condition (see photos).   

The box  is in "NM" condition (see photos).

Record grading is visual and based on the following criteria:

“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.

“M” Mint - a near perfect or unplayed  record.

“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.

“EX+” close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.

“EX” a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.

“VG+” There will be obvious signs of wear and a few skuffs and light surface noise, but still quite nice.

"VG" Audible/visible scuffs, scratches and surface noise but plays without skipping. 

"G"/"G+" Considerable surface noise, scuffing, groovewear and scratching.
