Greatest Show On Earth - Horizons (Harvest UK 1970)


First of 2 LPs by prog band with psych and jazzy tendancies. Really good stuff that keeps growing after more listens. Some nice hard fuzz guitar, funky Hammond, flutes and some brassy emphasis all over some pretty adventurous arrangements and songwriting. Regarded by many as a classic of the prog genre and on the very collectable EMI progressive Harvest offshoot.



Grading

Vinyl: EX really nice copy with only a few of the faintest scuffs under strong light. Plays fantastic EX.
Sleeve: VG+ outer laminated sleeve is decent, with some light creasing and age wear.


Grading

M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.

EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound

VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.

VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.
