On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Greatest Show On Earth called 'The Goings Easy' and is a MASSIVELY rare UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Harvest label!!!! THIS LP IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT ONE OF THE RAREST LPS ON THE HARVEST LABEL AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH RELEASED 2 LPS ON HARVEST AND WHILST THEIR 1ST LP DOES TURN UP OCCASSIONALLY, THIS ONE VIRTUALLY NEVER DOES AND IS BY FAR THEIR RAREST!!!! IT SUNK WITHOUT TRACE ON RELEASE AND TODAY IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION OVERALL!!!! THIS IS THE 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS HARVEST LABEL, 1G/1G MATRIX NUMBERS, NO EMI BOX ON THE LABEL (LATER ONES DO), 1ST PRESS HARVEST INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' E.J.DAY GATEFOLD COVER!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Harvest UK 1st pressing from 1970 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SHVL 783 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Harvest label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 light hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and only the VERY slightest isolated touches of MEGA low level crackle in a VERY few places (though mostly NONE)!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press 'Textured' Gatefold Cover is in BRILLIANT condition overall!!!! It has barely ANY edge wear, barely ANY spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, and NO yellowing!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with only the very VERY lightest touch of ringwear (barely ANY), NO grubbyness, and NO writing!!!! The only defects to mention on this cover - is that the edges look to have been slightly touched in at some point in the past (though on a dark cover such as this - it is virtually unnoticeable and has clearly been done well), and there is a VERY unnoticeable small area of tape residue on the reverse of the cover (NOT a tear) - though again this is EXTREMELY hard to notice!!!! The cover must STRICTLY grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - though the overall impression is more like Very Good++ if not better!!!! It is also VERY important to note that this cover has NO sticker tears, NO splits, NO rips, NO splits, and NO writing - and overall this cover still looks VERY nice indeed!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
