Mme Coula - Tsamicos Dimando
Wonderful disc by the great Kyria Koula (also spelled COULA, KOULAS, etc), recorded in NYC, 1916-1917. With Athanasios Makedonas on violin, Andreas Patrinos on laouto, and Stelios Melas on the santuri. Remarkable stuff.
Condition: VV+ (as usual, the light green Columbias are not pressed well and do not age well! this has some definite wear throughout the disc; first few grooves on each side are rough, then it quickly moves to a very acceptable V+)
I try to be conservative with grading. I also pack and ship 78s the standardized, proper, and safe way, so no worries.
