I AM NOW MOVING TO THE 7" SINGLES, CD'S AND OTHER PROMO ITEMS. BANDS LIKE: U2, DEPECHE MODE, NIRVANA, THE SMITHS ETC... This is a RARE ORIGINAL UK RADIO PROMO / NUMBERED / GREEN VINYL 7" SINGLE by - GREEN DAY from 1994, ORIGINAL UK RADIO PROMO LIMITED GREEN VINYL IS AN UNPLAYED CONDITION AND A MUST !!!
This is the rare NUMBERED / GREEN VINYL edition of the single "BASKET CASE" and what makes it even rarer is the fact that it comes with the ORIGINAL THICK PLASTIC COVER with a PROMO COPY sticker, this copy was sent to a radio station person in order to get early plays, hence it is one of the first pressed !!!
This, along with many other PROMOS / TEST PRESSINGS I have been selling (and will be selling over the next few weeks) all came from a major music industry person who wroked in radio and was sent these TEST PRESSINGS / PROMOS in order to get early plays on the radio - THEY ARE ALL GAURENTEED 100% ORIGINAL UK TEST PRESSINGS / PROMOS!!!
The single came out on REPRISE RECORDS catalogue number W 0257.
The tracks are: BASKET CASE (LP VERSION) / TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOU. The single comes with the original NUMBERED FOLD OVER P/S and THE ORIGINAL PROMO STICKERED THIVCK PLASDTIC COVER and The condition is VINYL is EX++++++/ MINT- (PLAYED ONCE TO TEST, was UNPLAYED, minor label flaking), FOLD OVER COVER is in EX/EX+ condition (the only thing keeping it away from Mint- is the fact that the single was not taken out of the sleeve for 19 years and the label got attached to the inside of the sleeve leaving some small marks), ORIGINAL PROMO STICKERED THICK PLASTIC COVER is in EX+++++ condition (like new , NO SPLITS !!!!). DON'T LET THIS RARE GREEN DAY / PUNK ORIGINAL UK RADIO PROMO LIMITED NUMBERED / GREEN VINYL 7" single get away as you will NEVER see another one especially in this condition.If you want to ask any more questions please contact me through Ebay.
