Legendäre 60’s Groupie Girl Group aus Los Angeles , mit Begleimusikern der Mothers Of Invention und der Jeff Beck Group. Das Album in, für frühe Zappa Produktionen typisch, experimentellem Stil gehalten.

Ursprünglich als  Laurel Canyon Ballet Company bei Tanz Performances

auftretend, ließen sie sich von Frank Zappa dazu überreden Songs zu schreiben und eine Kariere als Sängerinnen zu starten. Die Idee jeweils Miss vor die Namen zu setzen kam von Tiny Tim.

Condition: Die LP kann als “Near Mint” eingestuft werden. Die Platte wurde wenig gespielt und ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Keine hörbaren, oder sichtbaren Kratzer. Nur vereinzelte Oberflächenspuren, die durch das Rein- und Rausschieben aus der Innenhülle entstanden sind. Auf Seite 2 am Anfang des ersten Tracks, ist ein sehr kurzes leichtes Knistern zu hören, das augenscheinlich an der Pressung liegt, denn ich konnte optisch keinen Schaden entdecken. Das Cover habe ich vorsichtshalber nur als “Very Good” deklariert. Es hat zwar keine gestauchten Ecken und ist auch sonst in gutem Zustand. Allerdings zeichnet sich auf der dunklen Rückseite ein “Record Ring“ ab.  Auf der Vorderseite ist die Farbe an einigen Stellen leicht abgeschabt. (Siehe Fotos) Das Innere des Klappcovers  ist noch sehr gut erhalten und es sind nur minimale Abnutzungen vorhanden. Der Cover Rücken ist noch gut erhalten und sehr gut lesbar.

Legendary 60's groupie girl group from Los Angeles, with mebers of the Mothers Of Invention and the Jeff Beck Group, as bocking group. The album kept in typical for early Zappa  productions, experimental style.
Originally known as Laurel Canyon Ballet Company at dance performances
occurring, they were inspired by Frank Zappa to write  songs and start a career as  singers. The idea to set “Miss” to each name, came from Tiny Tim.

Condition: The LP can be classified as "Near Mint". The Record was little played and is in very good condition. No audible or visible scratches. Only a few surface marks that are caused of the in and out pushing out the innersleeve. On page 2, at the beginning of the first track, is a very short light crackling sound heard, it must evident on the pressing, because I could visually see no harm. The cover I have as a precaution, declared only as "Very Good". While it does not have compressed corners and is otherwise in good condition, but on the dark colored side is a visible "Record Ring" . On the front, the color is easily scraped off in some places. (See photos) The interior of the gatefold cover is still very well preserved and there are only minimal wear present. The spine of the cover is still in good condition and very good readable
