A Very Good Plus Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took very good care of it. Record surfaces may show some very light signs of wear . Very Good Plus Plus record are highly acceptable.

Very Good (VG+)

Very good + record may have slight scuffs or  light scratches that don't affect too much one's listening experiences.Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be acceptable. A bit of surface noise will be sometimes evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a smooth song's intro and fade, but will never overpower the music otherwise.
