Description

1987 first pressing of "Appetite For Destruction" with banned original Robert Williams artwork cover and original photo inner-sleeve. Original owner. This is my record - I am not a dealer - and has been lovingly cared for. Cover is in mint condition - housed in protective plastic since 1987(!). Picture inner-sleeve has a couple of creases (see photos) and a small bottom split. Vinyl is great EXCEPT for "Sweet Child of Mine" - there is a noticeable groove scratch (see photos) and hiss. (Admittedly, I don't know how that got there - I am the original owner - and I don't like it. I suspect a former roommate...) I take/took great pride in the care of my vinyl and normally wouldn't sell a copy with such a noticeable fault, but I know the original Robert Williams pressing (before it got banned) is highly sought after. Otherwise, no rips, tears, stains, warping, etc. This is NOT a reissue.
