Description
Up for auction is a very nice original pressing of the Guns N' Roses album Appetite For Destruction, originally released in the U.S. on Geffen Records (GHS 24148) in 1987:
-Guaranteed original pressing, not reissue -Original uncensored cover -Original black Geffen labels

-GHS-24148-B-DMM-SRI SP1-2 SP-AR Sterling 0- ?16875-X B-27799-SRI-DMM -Original inner sleeve w/ lyrics -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile inner sleeve -NOT a common record club or import pressing
Note: I usually do not grade inner sleeves, but I will point out that there is some small pieces of clear tape to reinforce the middle seams of this sleeve, but it's nicely done, not a bid deal.
Condition: The cover looks great, still retains its original glossy shine. No ring wear, no rubbing losses, no dulling to the finish, which is common for this album. Great shine, front and back. Seams are intact, no splits, no significant wear, just a couple tiny rub spots to the corners. A couple faint creases to the edges. A beautiful original cover! Grade: Excellent (EX)
Vinyl also looks very nice, still has its original shine. Under a strong light, a few faint superficial hairlines, paper scuffs from inner sleeve, and tiny marks show up but nothing serious, nothing that would affect the quality of the playback which is excellent. Labels are clean, unmarked. Looks like this record has been played a couple times but handled with care. Well preserved original. Grade: Very Good Plus Plus (VG++)

I remove the records with inner sleeves from the covers prior to packing. I sandwich the record between two pieces of cardboard for padding and protection. I also reinforce the corners of the shipping box to protect the corners of the record jacket from damage.
