Description

GUNS 'N ROSES - Appetite For Destruction vinyl LP - Euro 1st press with UNCENSORED cover and 'cross tattoo' sticker. 1987 Geffen Record 924 148-1/WX125. This hybrid pressing used the standard Alsdorf Stampers for Side G and a US Allied Pressing mother galvanised by Sheffield Labs for Side R. Matrix: ''Side G - R/S Alsdorf 924148-1-A: Side R - Sterling R/S Alsdorf 924148-1-B2 < 0-SM1-1 GHS-24148 -B-DMM-SR1 SP1-2 Ger (B-27799-SR1-DMM)". Made in Germany. Outer sleeve strong VG+ (EX-) with very little corner and edge wear but with slight creasing along the edges. Also has a few very subtle surface indents and a fine shallow surface mark across the logo (see image). Original inner picture sleeve EX (very minor creasing to corners and opening). Sticker unused and mint on the original backing and has the 924 148-1 cat#. Vinyl strong VG+ (EX-) has a few very feint hairlines and some slight surface scuffing from the OIS on each side. Plays with a little background noise in parts. Overall a VERY NICE and rare copy. Record also comes in a poly inner and with a new poly outer sleeve.

Tracked shipping in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with vinyl unpacked in robust cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners.
