Original uncensored cover differs from second edition here: Guns N' Roses - G N' R Lies. Inner sleeve is matte paper, later editions glossy.

First Europe pressings of Guns N' Roses - G N' R Lies match this cover and have an uncensored inner sleeve with nude photo and a sticker on front cover reading "'Includes previously released material + 4 New Songs - GUNS N' ROSES (in green) - Contains language which may be unsuitable for some listeners."

US first edition inner sleeve was censored with a black bar across nude. Original cover reads "Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years" (later replaced by "LIES! LIES! LIES!") on lower left hand side, and right middle reads "Ladies, welcome to the dark ages" in upper/middle right (later replaced by "Elephant gives birth to midget".)

Both first/uncensored and second/censored cover editions were assembled from the same Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) platter pressing by Specialty Records Corporation. "E A S T" is embossed around the center hole.

This album includes previously released material from Guns N' Roses - Live?!*@ Like A Suicide "independently" released on Uzi Suicide Records (a "label" created by Geffen.)
